Have fun and stay fit in our fitness classes. Our trained and certified staff conducts classes for men and women of all ages and all stages of fitness. Aerobic sneakers are required. Please bring towel and water to all classes.  Registration good from now until August 2008, unless indicated.

Abs

15-minute abdominal and torso workout.

CardioDance

M

Rigorous and challenging choreographed workout done to current upbeat music. Perfect for teens and adults of all ages. 45 minutes.

Core Strength

M

Strengthening and toning of all major muscle groups. 
45 minutes.

Cycle Indoor

M

Interval indoor cycling class adaptable to any fitness level. Instructor will motivate teamwork utilizing music. Space is limited. We will aggressively open wait lists. Drop-ins are welcome if there is an available bike at start of class. 45, 50, or 60 minutes. Must register each 10 week session.

Fitball

M

Core strength training using a stability ball. 45 minutes. Must register each 10 week session.

Get Started for your health

Moderate exercise designed for the novice exerciser. Interval class incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility. Good for adults of all ages and pre/post natal moms. 45 minutes. 
Must register each 10 week session.

Sole Synthesis

M

Low impact cardio workout combining dance, yoga and pilates.

INTERVAL STEP

M

This class alternates segments of cardiovascular training with strength training. Beginner and advanced level classes offered. 50 or 60 minutes.

NEW! PUNK ROPE

M

Playful drills, games, sports training and jump rope. Good for all ages and fitness levels. Will help build cardio endurance, strength, agility and balance. 45 minutes.

 

NEW! MOMS IN MOTION

You can have a healthy baby and be healthy at the same time. For pre/post natal moms. Infants are welcome, while their siblings can visit our babysitting room. Be active during and after pregnancy. Doctor's note is required. 45 minutes.

STRETCH AND TONE

Combination of toning and stretching. Good for adults of all ages and pre/post natal moms. 45 minutes. 

TAI CHI

M

Slow, relaxing movement from China. Good for your mental and physical health. Intermediate and advanced level participants must know 24 forms. 50 or 60 minutes. 
Must register for each 10 week session.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

M

Cardio and strength training intervals using a variety of equipment to increase muscular strength and endurance. 45 or 60 minutes.

TURBO KICK

M

Add intensity and excitement to your cardiovascular workout. Utilizing boxing techniques, this interval fitness class will challenge participants. 45 or 60 minutes.

YOGA

M

Yoga develops mental and physical strength and flexibility along with the feeling of complete relaxation. 45, 50, or 60 minutes. Must register each 10 week session.

NEW! ZUMBA

M

Easy to follow Latino dancing. Fun and a great cardio workout. 45 or 50 minutes.
