intensity and excitement to your cardiovascular workout. Utilizing
turbokick choreography, this interval fitness class will challenge
participants. Boxing equipment will be added to the evening class.
Develops mental & physical strength, flexibility plus a feeling of complete relaxation.
Register each session. Classes are for participants of any level unless otherwise indicated. See
chart below for Power Yoga time - a more intense class.
International dance work out that can be modified for various fitness levels and offers freedom of movement with the choreography.
Gentle
exercise that promotes flexibility, stability and core strength. May
be used in conjunction with Tai Chi or a separate exercise.
