Have fun and stay fit in our fitness classes. Our trained and certified staff conducts classes for men and women of all ages and all stages of fitness. Aerobic sneakers are required. Please bring towel and water to all classes.

CardioDance

Rigorous and challenging choreographed workout done to current upbeat music. Perfect for teens and adults of all ages. 

Core Strength

Strengthening and toning of all major muscle groups. 

Cycle Indoor

M

Interval indoor cycling class adaptable to any fitness level. Instructor will motivate team- work utilizing music. Limited space. Drop-ins welcome if a bike is available at start of class. Must register each session.

 

New! Cycle/Swim Combo      M

Introducing a great cross training opportunity! Enjoy a 45 minute cycle class then complete a workout in the pool incorporating laps and drills for 30 min. Must register each session. *You can sign up for just cycle if you do not wish to swim.

Fitball

Core strength training using a stability ball. Must register each session.

Get Started for your health

Moderate exercise designed for the novice exerciser. Interval class incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility. Good for adults of all ages and pre/post natal moms.

STEP

This class alternates segments of cardiovascular training with strength training. 

Willpower & Grace

Sweaty, dynamic fusion of pilates, yoga, pylometrics, dance & old fashioned calisthenics. No equipment needed-just your body weight and bare feet! Must register each session.

MOMS IN MOTION

You can have a healthy baby and be healthy at the same time. For pre/post natal moms. Infants are welcome, while their siblings can visit our babysitting room. Be active during and after pregnancy. Doctor's note is required. Must register each session.

STRETCH AND TONE

Combination of toning and stretching. Good for adults of all ages and pre/post natal moms. Must register for each session. 

TAI CHI

Slow, relaxing movement from China. Gain physical stability, flexibility, balance, stamina and coordination. Beginner, Intermediate level.  Must register for each session.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Cardio and strength training intervals using a variety of equipment to increase muscular strength and endurance. 

Kickboxing

M

Add intensity and excitement to your cardiovascular workout. Utilizing turbokick choreography, this interval fitness class will challenge participants. Boxing equipment will be added to the evening class.

YOGA

M

Develops mental & physical strength, flexibility plus a feeling of complete relaxation. Register each session. Classes are for participants of any level unless otherwise indicated. See chart below for Power Yoga time - a more intense class.

ZUMBA

M

International dance work out that can be modified for various fitness levels and offers freedom of movement with the choreography.

Qi Gong

M

Gentle exercise that promotes flexibility, stability and core strength. May be used in conjunction with Tai Chi or a separate exercise.
