This class utilizes the entire pool for a unique mix of deep and shallow water exercises. Use an Aqua Jogger belt for weightless cardio training in the deep end and finish off with toning and stretching in the shallow end.

Members of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy this class that takes place in the deep end of the pool and consists of aerobic exercises, running, and toning. This is also a great workout for expecting mothers!

Let's get moving! This moderate intensity class takes place in the shallow end of the pool, incorporating aerobic, stretching, and toning exercises designed to increase your strength and endurance. Great for all levels and abilities! 
Aqua Zumba

Add some Latin flavor to your water workout, and join the party in the pool! You’ll be moving and grooving with music and movement guaranteed to make waves. Take the plunge with this dynamic workout and discover how HOT the water can be with Aqua Zumba! 


H20 running
M

Runners and non-runners alike can enjoy this workout that includes both deep and shallow water exercises. You will learn how to take your land running into the water, increasing your endurance and reducing your chance of injury. Participants are encouraged to purchase water shoes designed for water running, though they are not required.

arthritis foundation aquatic program

Specialized for those who have arthritis or are in need of a program to ease back into exercising. Now includes revised exercises, updated class format, & optional equipment use. Help relieve the pain and stiffness of arthritis and improve range of motion by gently moving each joint in the water. Class led by a Certified instructor. 
Basic: $96.00 (2x/week for 10 weeks)
Interval Challenge

Work against the natural resistance of the water utilizing interval training techniques that incorporate cardiovascular training, functional strength training, and stretching.
