Add strength
training to your deep water workout with the use of resistance bands,
noodles and water dumbbells. This deep water workout, with the use of an
"aqua jogger," is a low impact workout for members of all
swimming abilities.

Runners and non-runners
alike can enjoy this workout that includes both deep and shallow
water exercises. You will learn how to take your land running into
the water, increasing your endurance and lessening your chance of
injury. Participants are encouraged to purchase water shoes designed
for water running, though they are not required. |

Specialized for those who have arthritis or need a
program to ease back into exercising. Working out in the
water will help relieve the pain and stiffness of arthritis by
moving each joint and improving range of motion. Exercises are led
by a certified arthritis instructor.
