Teen & 7th Grade Wellness Center M7th Grade Wellness is specifi cally designed for all of our 7th grade members. Teen Wellness is specifi cally designed for 13 year olds (or 8th graders) only and is separate from our 7th grade members. Register for weight training twice a week under Wellness Center instructor supervision. Wellness Center is open to 14 year olds and older with initial orientation required.
7th Grade Wellness:
- Mon & Wed: 3:15-4:00pm OR 4:00 - 4:45pm
Teen Wellness:
- Tues & Thur: 3:15-4:00pm OR 4:00 - 4:45pm
