TWEEN TRI CAMP 2013!
For boys and girls age 11-13. Develop more skills in the 3 sports that make up a triathlon: swimming, biking and running. There will also be nutrition topics and cooking demos included with a Registered Dietician. All sessions are coached by tri-coaches and fitness professionals. Friendly to all levels of fitness and abilities focusing on a positive healthy lifestyle. Bring lunch and drinks. We will provide a healthy snack. Camp runs from 10-2 pm, Monday-Thursday
Weeks: July 15-18, July 22-25th, and July 29-August 1st

SUMMER DANCE CAMP
For ages 3-14. Students are introduced to ballet, jazz, tap, gross motor skills, terminology, musicality, costuming, fun crafts that enhance your child’s dance education. This year the summer dance camp has an option to be part of Camp Mak and is available for wrap around for 6 year olds and up. There also are added options for individual dance classes. Please see our dance brochure at the member service desk for age appropriate cut off dates. Bring a snack.

DANCE COMPANY CAMP - AGES 7 - 14
This program is specifically for dancers interested in competition, performance and workshop experiences at Martine Avenue.
