This class utilizes the entire pool for a mix of deep and shallow water exercises. Use a fl otation belt for weightless cardiovascular training in the deep end and complete your workout with strengthening and stretching in the shallow end.
This program is for individuals with arthritis who are interested in a more challenging class. In the deep end, using an "aqua jogger" flotation belt, combine range of motion exercises with endurance and muscle strengthening movements, Participants must know how to swim, float on their back, tread water and feel comfortable in deep water.
Basic: $140 (2x/week for 10 weeks)

Develop strength, balance and range of motion in this relaxing, low impact aquatic class. Traditional yoga movements are taken to the water to help you achieve optimal relaxation and renew your body’s energy.
Specialized for those with arthritis or who are in need of a program to ease back into exercising. Help relieve the pain and stiffness of arthritis, improve range of motion by gently moving each joint in the water. Led by a certifi ed instructor. (2x per week for 10 weeks)

A cross training opportunity that includes a
45 minute cycle class followed by a 30 minute
workout in the pool incorporating laps and drills.
Aquatic Personal Training is available.
A challenging cardiovascular workout to
enhance strength and flexibility with no impact
on your joints, as you are suspended in deep
water with a flotation belt. Class is designed for
those who want to exercise at a high intensity.
Runners and non-runners alike can enjoy this high intensity workout that includes noimpact running in the deep end (with the use of a flotation belt) that will increase your cardiovascular endurance while reducing the chance of injury.
